Welcome to Papaya Mind. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services, including our interactive audio-guided mental health programs. By accessing or using our site, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Services Provided

Our programs are developed by licensed psychologists and are intended to promote mental well-being. However, they are not a substitute for therapy or professional medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical services for any mental health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical or psychological needs.

Nature of the Service

Papaya Mind offers a streaming service. By purchasing a program, the user does not purchase the audio files or obtain ownership of them. Instead, they acquire the right to unlimited, lifetime access to the content online, exclusively through the Papaya Mind platform.

The content is not available for download, nor may it be distributed, shared, or stored outside the platform environment. Any attempt to download, save, or redistribute the content constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in revocation of access without a refund.

Use of the service is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use the registered account is strictly prohibited. Papaya Mind reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if it detects account sharing or any suspicious activity that violates this condition.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our website ethically and legally. You must not misuse our content, attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit our website, or violate applicable laws.

Payments and Refunds

1. General

Papaya Mind offers online programs for individual access through single payment plans or interest-free installment payments. All payments are managed through the Stripe platform.

2. Payment Methods

There are two installment payment plans for our programs:

• 2-Month Plan (2 payments of €60): The user agrees to make two consecutive monthly payments of €60.

• 3-Month Plan (3 payments of €40): The user agrees to make three consecutive monthly payments of €40.

Once all payments are completed, the user will receive lifetime access to the corresponding program.

3. Payment Commitment

IMPORTANT: Although the payment platform (Stripe) displays the option to “cancel your subscription at any time”, this does not apply to Papaya Mind plans.

By accepting any of the installment plans, the user agrees to complete all agreed-upon payments. This is not a flexible subscription or a cancellable subscription; it is a binding installment payment agreement.

4. Payment Failure

If one or more payments are not completed for any reason (cancellation, insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), access to the program will be immediately revoked until the outstanding amount is paid.

Papaya Mind reserves the right to permanently restrict access to the content if the user fails to comply with the payment commitment.

5. Access to content

Once the payment plan (two or three payments) is completed, the user will gain full access to the program indefinitely.

This access is linked to compliance with the full payment plan. If all payments are not completed, access will be suspended until the situation is rectified.

6. Refund Policy

Since the digital content is delivered in full and subject to an access commitment, no refunds are issued once the payment plan has begun. If you have an unresolvable issue (technical wise or similar), please get in touch: hello@papayamind.com.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, audio, graphics, and logos, is the property of Papaya Mind and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our programs or website. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the content provided.

Privacy Policy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
